We are excited to share our redesigned Knowledge Centre and release of the new Getting Started with the Seer Data Platform video series. These new resources have been designed to make it easier for users to go deeper, find what they need faster and take action with confidence. To aid organisations in getting started, we have also designed two new template Dashboards.
Knowledge Centre
Our refreshed Knowledge Centre has been redesigned to be simpler to navigate, richer in depth and more practical to use. Content is now organised around clear, user-focused topics – from getting started and everyday platform use, through to governance, data collection, access, storytelling and more advanced features. Whether you’re new to the platform or a more sophisticated user returning to the platform, the Knowledge Centre is designed to meet you where you are.
Getting Started video series
Alongside the redesigned Knowledge Centre, we’ve launched a new Getting Started with the Seer Data Platform video series on YouTube. These short, practical videos walk through the fundamentals of using Seer Data step by step, making it easier for individuals and teams to build confidence quickly and learn at their own pace.
The series is designed to complement written guidance, giving users multiple ways to learn depending on their preferences and experience.
New template Dashboards
Alongside these learning updates, we’ve released two new template Dashboards for the ARACY Nest framework and Community Storytelling. These templates are structured, ready-to-use Dashboards aligned to trusted frameworks and storytelling approaches help organisations move more quickly from raw data to shared understanding, without starting from scratch. Our Designers have built these resources from scratch, including design elements like video, narrative and our Pages feature, to reduce the effort required to turn data into meaningful stories.
The ARACY Nest Framework is a shared way of understanding what children and young people need to thrive. It brings together key aspects of wellbeing – such as health, learning, safety, identity, and connection – into a single, holistic picture.
