We spoke to Rubie Ireson, Director of The Hive, a Collective Impact group in Mt Druitt, about what drives her passion and how Seer is helping.
The Hive is focused on bringing people together to help all 6000 children under 5 years old in the Mt Druitt postcode start school well.
The first few years of a child’s life are crucial for development, unfortunately, 1 in 3 children in Mt Druitt start school developmentally vulnerable. The Hive are working to change this and ensure that children and their families have access to the opportunities and support needed to improve outcomes.
