Place-based initiatives are uniquely positioned to understand the strengths and challenges within their communities. But turning that knowledge into meaningful action requires access to the right data, shared understanding among stakeholders, and the ability to tell a compelling story about what is happening locally.
On 31st March 2026, we hosted this conversation with three leaders from place-based initiatives across Australia. Together they shared how they are using data to better understand their communities, bring partners together around shared goals, and demonstrate progress toward improved outcomes.
Through practical examples and reflections from the field, this discussion explored how local leaders are using the Seer Data Platform to turn community data into action.
