We are happy to announce partnerships with Social Outcomes and Strategic Grants
As Seer Data continues to deliver solutions to turn data into action for better social outcomes, we welcome the opportunity to collaborate with other leaders in the Australian social impact sector.
Social Outcomes is a for-purpose enterprise that was established in 2014 to work with clients from across all sectors to maximise their desired social impact through an evidence-based design process.
Led by Sandy Blackburn, Social Outcomes have worked with a wide variety of clients to design evidence-based programs, theories of change, impact measurement frameworks and impact strategies to leverage organisational strengths, maximise impact generation and provide ongoing insights. They have authored many impact reports showcasing an organisation’s impact for their beneficiaries. Social Outcomes have worked with large global companies, not-for-profit organisations, peak bodies, government agencies, philanthropic organisations, and impact investors, through to smaller not-for-profits, building developers and social enterprises, including Indigenous-owned businesses.
This experience includes research expertise, sector expertise, developing theories of change, designing impact measurement, delivering impact strategies and implementing impact strategies.
Our collaboration with Social Outcomes will co-deliver impact measurement programs, from the initial stages to data activation and action. This will allow our customers to seamlessly measure and act on their impact.
Strategic Grants is a mission driven business with the most comprehensive funding data insights in Australia and New Zealand collated since 2009 – a sustainable resource that can help inform and enable collaboration and decision making to improve community outcomes through funding and investment partnerships.
Strategic Grants have developed Grants Expertise Management System (GEMS), the largest funding database across Australia and New Zealand. GEMS is an online end to end grants management system. It builds customised grants calendars identifying just the funders that are applicable to the work the for-purpose organisation is doing and where, and their eligibility status. It manages the entire grants prospecting through to donor stewardship process, with application tracking to ensure that all reporting deadlines are met.
GEMS Funding Insights launches February 2025, which will provide connection, collaboration and co-funding linkages between funders, and between funders and fund-seekers. This new GEMS Module analyses and reports on Strategic Grants’ wealth of funding and grants data to help inform grants budget targets and strategy.
Together, we will provide value to customers by jointly delivering thought leadership, product awareness and relationship building.
