Kristi Mansfield
Co-founder, CEO
Kristi is an inspirational thought leader, published author and industry leader on the use of data for social benefit.
Kristi has served on several boards including the North Queensland Cowboys Community Foundation, The Stella Prize, the Australian Women Donors Network, SharingStories and the NSW Government’s Family and Community Services Advisory Board for Social Investment. In 2015, she was named one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence by the Australian Financial Review.

Adam Peaston
Co-founder, Chief Data Scientist
Adam is known in the community sector as a leading data scientist and developed his passion for Data Analytics and Data Science through his early career in Engineering and Strategic Planning at a global firm of engineers and environmental scientists.
Adam’s customer obsession and creativity in architecting analytical workflows has been central to the early success and community adoption of Seer’s data science models and the design of core elements of the Seer Data Platform.

Lavinia Kanagandran
Product Team Lead
Lavinia has been working in the technology sector for the last 10 years, across different start-ups and larger businesses. She has worked with various clients to deliver software projects, and prior to joining Seer was a Software Engineer for the past 5 years with Instaclustr and Rokt.
Lavinia holds a Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University. She is also an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect (Associate), enabling her to utilise cloud platforms effectively for reliability and scale.

Stuart Sharpe
Head of Partnerships & Delivery
Stuart is a founder and investor who has scaled businesses into international markets, as well as being and experienced technology executive in areas including Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.
Stuart has a wealth of experience and expertise, engaging at all organisational levels, paired with technical brilliance and problem-solving skills. Stuart has a unique ability to connect business and technical domains and solve complicated business problems to extract operating value and enable growth.

Catherine Baker
Growth & Marketing Team Lead
Catherine is a marketing specialist with extensive leadership experience in strategic marketing, creative direction, communications and branding. While managing the philanthropic program in a previous role, Catherine was inspired to turn her passion into purpose and utilise her multi-disciplinary skillset to benefit the social purpose sector.
Catherine has been involved in the Seer journey since its inception, initially in an advisory role, before coming into the business to lead the Marketing and Growth team and help turn the Seer vision into reality.

Prakash Timilsina
Engineering Lead
Prakash has 10 years of programming experience with multiple languages and a number of software platforms.
Prakash has previous experience working on Government projects including the DTA’s Digital Marketplace.
Throughout his career, Prakash has conceptualised, developed and tested an extensive range of customer-centric software, API’s and algorithms and is dedicated to delivering effective and scalable outputs.

Henry Poetrodjojo
Data Analyst – Customer Facing
Henry is an astrophysicist with a PhD in astronomy and astrophysics, has just completed a post-doctoral research study at the University of Sydney into the role of galactic winds and outflows using the SAMI Galaxy Survey, has written multiple academic papers, and has extensive teaching experience.
Henry has a scientific, critically analytical mindset, multi-software programming expertise, a passion for teaching and inspiring curiosity in others, and making highly complex concepts simple and approachable for anyone to follow.

Laura Polin
Seer Support Advisor
Laura has had a prominent career in Relationship Management, through the hospitality and finance and social sectors. She has held a role as an Event Manager for The Keystone Group and a Business Banker at the Commonwealth Bank.
Laura holds a Bachelor Degree in Sociology & Anthropology from the University of Sydney where she was also rewarded a University ‘Blue’ and competed at the Commonwealth Games for rowing. She has also gained a Graduate Certificate in Agricultural Consulting from the University of New England.

Nik Burazor
Full Stack Software Engineer
Nik has 5 years of experience in the industry working with a variety of web languages and frameworks. He worked with Sparesbox for the prior 4 years, a successful start-up that is now part of the digital division of GPC, one of the largest automotive parts retailers worldwide.
After graduating with a Bachelors’s Degree in Computer Science, Nik worked as a graduate at the Department of Human Services where he helped manage and support the infrastructure for Centrelink and Medicare.
Nik’s focus as an engineer is on building efficient code with extensibility and best practices in mind to ensure a stable and scalable solution built on the latest generation of front and back end frameworks.

Renai Mouton
Solutions Advisor
Renai has worked in many identified positions to support economic growth, opportunity, health and well-being for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples. Renai has undertaken community consultation projects with Reconciliation NSW and Reconciliation QLD, as well as Federal Government employment advancement programs nationally, and served on the board of Reconciliation QLD.
Renai is passionate about sharing her skills, knowledge and experience to empower and improve outcomes through collaboration, access, legislative and social change, and ensuring culturally safe and equitable opportunties for all.

Ryan Xin
Mid-Level Developer
Ryan has a background in graphic and website design with 6 years of design experience that helps him understand user behaviour that guides action through intuitive user design. Ryan is fascinated by the constant growth of the data and the AI industry.
He is interested in creating a functional and visually appealing digital platform to help people make better decisions.

Wendy Mason
Strategic Partners and Alliances Director
Wendy has extensive management and business development experience, excellent networks, and a substantial track record in stakeholder relations across the government, financial and not-for-profit sectors.
Wendy has held a number of leadership roles including as Head of the Commonwealth Bank Foundation, General Manager of the Western Research Institute, Place-based and Strategic Investment Manager of the Vincent Fairfax Family Foundation and Director, Strategy and Operations with Opportunity Child.
