Meet the Seer Data team

Kristi Mansfield
Co-founder, CEO

Kristi is the Founder and CEO of Seer Data. She is a leader in the use and reuse of data for public benefit and learning. Kristi is a published author and has more than 30 years expertise in technology and data.

Prior to founding Seer Data, Kristi was Oracle’s go-to-market strategy leader for the company’s SaaS business in Asia Pacific and before this she was Marketing Director for Nuance Communications during which time revenue in Asia grew to $200m in five years.

She is particularly well known for her work in the philanthropic sector when she led a small grant making foundation in Sydney that pioneered place-based philanthropy. She was recognised for this work as one of the Australian Financial Review’s 100 Women of Influence in 2015.

Shelley Boswell
Analytics Lead

Shelley is Seer Data’s Impact Analyst team lead and has extensive data analytics and impact measurement experience. Shelley leads Seer Data’s work for portfolio impact measurement and learning infrastructure platforms for clients including Future Generation Global, Hand Heart Pocket and Department of Social Services. Under Shelley’s leadership, Seer Data has won awards for impact measurement in mental health prevention from Philanthropy Australia and SINMA.

Shelley has more than 11 years experience in the university sector. She has also worked in the private and not-for-profit sectors implementing Business Intelligence solutions. During her time at the University of Queensland, Shelley worked in a range of roles from supporting users of the self-service reporting platform through to providing analysis for strategic planning purposes. Shelley is motivated by data’s ability to bust myths and enable the development of initiatives for actionable change.

Adam Thompson
metiora Accounts Director

Adam is an experienced commercial leader with a background in data, analytics, and digital transformation across government, education, and the not-for-profit sector. He has spent over a decade in the SaaS industry, leading strategic partnerships, enterprise sales, and public sector solutions across Australia and New Zealand.

Before joining Seer Data & Analytics, Adam held senior roles in technology and consulting, delivering data-driven initiatives for government agencies, educational institutions, and purpose-driven organisations. As a former business founder, he brings a practical understanding of both commercial realities and operational challenges.

Adam is passionate about the role of technology for good – helping organisations unlock and use their data to better understand the systems they operate in, inform smarter decisions, and drive meaningful change.

Angus Bailey
Operations & Customer Success Lead

Angus is an Operations & Commercial leader who has a keen interest in introducing not-for-profit organisations to groundbreaking technology, having worked in this area for the last 5 years. Angus has been working in the SaaS industry for 7 years, specialising in data platforms. Prior to that he was a senior consultant in the insolvency industry and a sports coach. 

Angus is trained as a lawyer, receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney in 2016 as well as his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in 2013. 

Taz Miller
General Manager, Seer Communities

Taz leads Seer Communities, Seer Data’s data platform helping not-for-profits, funders and place-based initiatives turn evidence into community-led action. She works to strengthen community-led decision making, First Nations Data Sovereignty and evidence-informed practice, helping organisations translate data into impact narratives for all stakeholders.

Taz brings over 15 years’ experience leading strategy, operations and delivery across NFP and commercial environments, building solutions that are sustainable and scalable. Prior to Seer Data, she spent over a decade at SharingStories Foundation, progressing from Program Director to Co-CEO, always with a focus on aligning strategic direction with operational execution and funding models to support organisational mission and longevity.

Belinda Woodhead
Data Analyst

Belinda is an Impact Data Analyst at Seer Data with a background in business intelligence, analysis and forecast modelling. Belinda is the lead analyst for Maranguka, Pathways in Place and a number of community-led initiatives including Tasmanian Department of Health’s Healthy Together data access and sharing platform for five communities in Tasmania.

Prior to joining Seer Data, Belinda worked in the higher education university sector for 15 years and previously in the banking and finance sector. During her time at the University of Queensland, Belinda worked in a range of roles from supporting a community of users of business intelligence tools through to providing in-depth analysis to inform decision making in relation to strategic and operational goals.

Kuba Jakubowski
Data Analyst

Kuba brings experience in data and analytics from the corporate sector including time spent with Deloitte and Pfizer, with a focus on making complex information accessible and meaningful. He is motivated by the opportunity to help clients improve their access to data, uncover insights and build data-driven narratives that connect to the bigger picture.

At Seer Data, Kuba values having a clear line of sight between his work and the outcomes it supports. He brings strong analytical skills and a practical approach to helping organisations make sense of their data, uncover the stories within it and turn those insights into action.

Raza Taj
Product Designer

Raza is a highly skilled UX/UI Product Designer and strategic thinker with over 8 years of experience transforming complex challenges into intuitive digital experiences. With a Bachelor in Design, he applies a service design mindset and systems-thinking approach to crafting cohesive, accessible, and human-centered products across EdTech, SaaS, and enterprise domains.

Raza’s work is driven by his deep interest in observing human behavior, a passion which his designs clearly depict. Known for his commitment to reducing digital complexity, he thrives on stripping away the noise to create experiences that are simple, elegant, and empowering. He consistently combines human-centered research with strategic design to delight users and drive measurable business growth, always focused on delivering real, outcome-driven results.

Ryan Xin
Mid-Level Developer

Ryan has a background in graphic and website design with 6 years of design experience that helps him understand user behaviour that guides action through intuitive user design. Ryan is fascinated by the constant growth of the data and the AI industry.

He is interested in creating a functional and visually appealing digital platform to help people make better decisions.
