Kristi Mansfield
Co-founder, CEO

Kristi is an inspirational thought leader, published author and industry leader on the use of data for social benefit.

Kristi has served on several boards including the North Queensland Cowboys Community Foundation, The Stella Prize, the Australian Women Donors Network, SharingStories and the NSW Government’s Family and Community Services Advisory Board for Social Investment. In 2015, she was named one of Australia’s 100 Women of Influence by the Australian Financial Review.

John King
Executive Director, Data Analytics, Data Science and Delivery

John has 15 years’ service in the public sector. In his last role, he led the data analytics and evaluation functions for both the Victorian Department of Health and Department of Families, Fairness and Housing. There he scaled an internal unit as the preferred evaluation provider to the Departments and pioneered data insights to improve outcomes for people using state social services. John has joined Seer Data because he believes the path to social impact requires data to be in the hands of communities.

Lavinia Kanagandran
Product Team Lead

Lavinia has been working in the technology sector for the last 10 years, across different start-ups and larger businesses. She has worked with various clients to deliver software projects, and prior to joining Seer was a Software Engineer for the past 5 years with Instaclustr and Rokt.

Lavinia holds a Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering and a Bachelor Degree in Science (Psychology) from the Australian National University. She is also an Amazon Web Services (AWS) Certified Solutions Architect (Associate), enabling her to utilise cloud platforms effectively for reliability and scale.

Catherine Baker
Marketing Team Lead

Catherine is a marketing specialist with extensive leadership experience in strategic marketing, creative direction, communications and branding. While managing the philanthropic program in a previous role, Catherine was inspired to turn her passion into purpose and utilise her multi-disciplinary skillset to benefit the social purpose sector.

Catherine has been involved in the Seer journey since its inception, initially in an advisory role, before coming into the business to lead the Marketing and Growth team and help turn the Seer vision into reality.

Prakash Timilsina
Engineering Lead

Prakash has 10 years of programming experience with multiple languages and a number of software platforms.

Prakash has previous experience working on Government projects including the DTA’s Digital Marketplace.

Throughout his career, Prakash has conceptualised, developed and tested an extensive range of customer-centric software, API’s and algorithms and is dedicated to delivering effective and scalable outputs.

Lucie Abraham
Senior Project Manager

Lucie has been in Program and Project Management for over 10 years across a diverse range of industries including, not-for-profit, information technology and services, education, sport and recreation, and oil and gas.

Her expertise is in developing and delivering continuous improvement and transformation initiatives with a focus on sustainable process improvement solutions.

Nik Burazor
Full Stack Software Engineer

Nik has 5 years of experience in the industry working with a variety of web languages and frameworks. He worked with Sparesbox for the prior 4 years, a successful start-up that is now part of the digital division of GPC, one of the largest automotive parts retailers worldwide.

After graduating with a Bachelors’s Degree in Computer Science, Nik worked as a graduate at the Department of Human Services where he helped manage and support the infrastructure for Centrelink and Medicare.

Nik’s focus as an engineer is on building efficient code with extensibility and best practices in mind to ensure a stable and scalable solution built on the latest generation of front and back end frameworks.

Andrea Burazor
Project Manager

Andrea joins the team as a Project Manager with a background in the financial technology sector in software development, process improvement and project management for complex, multi-product projects.

Andrea holds Bachelor degrees in both Computer Science (Software Engineering) and Commerce, and brings to the role a unique understanding of the end-to-end flow of product development and delivery.

Nadya DeBeers
Data Analyst – Customer Facing

Nadya has a background in mathematics and education, spending the past 4 years working for an ed-tech company as a content creator. This entailed creating lessons, problems, and video content that many students across the world use in their maths education.

She has a Bachelor’s degree in pure mathematics and has completed a Data Science Bootcamp. Her expertise includes making confusing and/or technical content accessible for all students.

Jeff Gill
Public Sector & Enterprise Account Executive

Jeff has joined the Seer Data & Analytics team as Public Sector and Enterprise Account Executive. Jeff brings with him strategic experience from his time at Gartner in Europe, Middle East & Africa as well as public sector understanding from his more recent role at DocuSign Australia/New Zealand.

Throughout his career, Jeff has been working for organisations that have been at the forefront of driving positive digital change. This has been and continues to be a huge driver for him.

Zuzana Hackova
Marketing Manager

Zuzana is the Marketing Manager of Seer Data & Analytics, responsible for development and implementation of marketing and communications activities. Before this assignment, Zuzana was working as a Communications & Business Development Analyst for the United Nations Office for Project Services (UNOPS) in Copenhagen and Bangkok, and Marketing & Communications Manager for IAESTE.

She holds a MSc. degree in Economics and Business Administration with specialisation in Management of Innovation and Business Development from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark.

Angus Bailey
Not-for-Profit Account Executive

Angus is a Sales Leader who has a keen interest in introducing not-for-profit organisations to groundbreaking technology, having worked in this area for the last 2 years. Angus has been working in the Saas industry for 4 years. Prior to that he was a senior consultant in the insolvency industry and sports coach.

Angus is trained as a lawyer, receiving his Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney in 2016 as well as his Bachelor of Commerce from the University of New South Wales in 2013.

Ryan Xin
Mid-Level Developer

Ryan has a background in graphic and website design with 6 years of design experience that helps him understand user behaviour that guides action through intuitive user design. Ryan is fascinated by the constant growth of the data and the AI industry.

He is interested in creating a functional and visually appealing digital platform to help people make better decisions.

Eli Zhu
Product Designer

Elli is taking on the role as Product Designer, supporting the product team in end-to-end delivery of product features. Elli has previously worked in the non-for-profit sector with a focus on User Experience design where she built organisation level design components.

She is a firm advocate for developing best design practices and champions understanding user needs, pain points and behaviours in an iterative design process.

Zehra Rizvi
Data Storyteller & Analyst

Zehra has a background in data science and community engagement, and she is able to marry the two at Seer Data as a Data Storyteller & Analyst. She has experience working in the for purpose and corporate sector, and her goal is to bring data capabilities to organisations who are doing the work to lift up communities and protect those who are most vulnerable in our society.

Zehra holds a Bachelor of Science in Data Science from the University of Melbourne, however her interests range from graphic design and photography to philosophy and poetry.

Shelley Boswell
Data analyst

Shelley has a background in business analytics, working in the university sector to provide data for strategic planning purposes. More recently she has worked with organisations to implement technical solutions that improved operational reporting processes and provided insights to executives on performance.

She is excited by data’s ability to bust myths and enable the development of strategies and initiatives for actionable change.
