Raza Taj
Product Designer

Raza joins Seer Data as a Product Designer, bringing more than eight years of experience creating intuitive and impactful digital products. With a background in UX/UI design and a Bachelor in Design, he specialises in transforming complex challenges into clear, accessible digital experiences.

Across his work in EdTech, SaaS, and enterprise environments, Raza applies a strong service design mindset and systems-thinking approach to product development. His work focuses on designing cohesive, human-centred products that simplify complexity while delivering real value for users.

Driven by a deep interest in human behaviour, Raza is passionate about designing products that feel intuitive, empowering, and meaningful to use. His approach combines research-driven insights with strategic design thinking to create experiences that are simple, elegant, and outcome-driven.

Andy Lanigan
Account Executive

Andy joins Seer Data as an Account Executive with a strong background in data, analytics, and client-facing commercial roles. His experience spans both hands-on analytics and deep market engagement within the data and analytics ecosystem.

Before joining Seer Data, Andy completed a Data & Analytics Bootcamp at General Assembly, where he developed practical capabilities across SQL, Python, data visualisation, and analytics frameworks. Alongside this, he spent more than six years as a specialist recruiter focused on the data and analytics sector, working closely with organisations across government, not-for-profit, enterprise, and high-growth technology companies.

This experience gives Andy a unique perspective that bridges technical understanding with commercial outcomes. He is passionate about helping organisations unlock the value of their data, aligning analytics with real-world business needs and supporting evidence-based decision-making that delivers meaningful impact.

Minh-Quang Nguyen
Full Stack Software Engineer

Minh-Quang joins Seer Data as a Full-Stack Software Engineer, contributing to the development of scalable, data-driven applications across the Seer Data Platform.

He specialises in React for frontend development and works across JavaScript and Python on the backend, helping build robust systems that support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making. Minh-Quang enjoys tackling complex technical problems, writing clean and maintainable code, and collaborating with teams to deliver high-quality software.

Minh-Quang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering with First Class Honours. Prior to joining Seer Data, he worked across several technical roles focused on web development and data analytics.

He is passionate about the power of programming to solve real-world problems and believes thoughtful technology development can play a meaningful role in shaping a better future.

Beth Kuang
Senior Software Engineer

Beth Kuang is a Senior Software Engineer with more than a decade of experience architecting and managing high-scale digital ecosystems. She brings deep expertise in building robust, cloud-native platforms that support complex applications and deliver significant business value through scalable technology.

Before joining Seer Data, Beth spent three years working with one of Australia’s largest pet e-commerce platforms. During this time, she played a key role in designing and scaling several core systems, including the development of microservices architecture and the company’s mobile application. Her work focused on ensuring the platform could support rapid growth while maintaining performance, reliability, and flexibility.

At Seer Data, Beth contributes to the continued evolution of our platform architecture while also dedicating her expertise to the research and development of AI engineering within our products. Her work helps ensure that Seer Data’s technology continues to scale and innovate as we expand the capabilities of our data platform.
