Over the past few months, we’ve been laying the foundations for the next evolution of our platform. Today, we’re pleased to announce that development of the Metiora platform is now underway, bringing together everything we’ve learned through years of working alongside governments, investors, foundations, community organisations and partners to help make change more visible, measurable and accountable.

The new site reflects where the platform is heading: helping organisations connect commitments, outcomes, evidence and reporting across complex systems to support better decisions and stronger accountability.

Why “Metiora”
While our commitment to impact remains unchanged, the new name for our previously announced Seer Impact platform reflects a broader vision for the future.
The name Metiora is inspired by two ancient roots. One speaks to elevation and perspective. The other speaks to measurement and evidence. Together, they capture what has always been at the heart of our work: helping people rise above complexity to see what matters, while grounding decisions in trusted evidence.
Metiora represents more than a new name. It reflects our belief that data and AI can be a powerful force for good when trusted, accessible and governed responsibly.
Just as constellations help people navigate by turning individual points of light into meaningful patterns, Metiora helps organisations connect commitments, activity and outcomes into a shared understanding of what is changing, what is working and where to act next.
While our brand is evolving, our purpose remains the same: turning data into action that strengthens lives and communities.
Platform development has begun
We’re pleased to report that platform development is now officially underway, building on an extensive and successful UX testing phase.
The new Metiora platform is being designed to help organisations connect commitments, metrics, evidence and outcomes in one shared environment.
Building on the strong foundations established through Seer Data’s work in impact measurement and reporting, the platform will combine impact intelligence, trusted and governed AI, auditable reporting, data sovereignty and a more intuitive user experience.
Our focus is not simply on creating another technology platform. We’re building a practical way for organisations to understand change as it happens, strengthen what’s working and act with clarity, not assumption.
As always, we’re taking a people-first approach, working closely with users and partners throughout the development process. Like the platform itself, the next generation of Metiora is being co-designed with the people who will use it every day.
Welcoming our first beta partners
We’re also excited to share that onboarding of beta customers has begun.
Our first beta cohort includes organisations from both the impact investing and government sectors, two groups that play a critical role in funding, delivering and scaling positive change.
These early partnerships will help shape the platform through real-world use cases, ensuring it delivers the visibility, accountability and confidence needed to connect commitments with measurable outcomes.
Their insights will be invaluable as we continue to refine the platform and expand access over the coming months.
