Impact Culture Australia and Seer Data have launched the Impact Culture Assessment, a practical tool that helps organisations understand how deeply impact is embedded into governance, people systems and everyday decision-making.
What is the Impact Culture Assessment?
The Impact Culture Assessment is a practical tool designed to help organisations understand how deeply impact is embedded across their organisation, beyond intent alone.
The assessment focuses on whether impact is built into:
- Governance and leadership practices
- People systems and ways of working, and
- How decisions are made and prioritised day to day.
Organisations can begin with a short, free diagnostic, and progress to a deeper assessment with a tailored improvement roadmap.
Importantly, the Impact Culture Assessment is not a survey for compliance. It is designed as a reflective, practical tool that supports organisations to strengthen the foundations that enable impact to be sustained over time.

For organisations already investing in data, impact measurement and evidence-informed decision-making, the Impact Culture Assessment provides a valuable complement.
