On 21 November 2024, Seer Data and the Department of Premier and Cabinet Tasmania, are hosting a roundtable to discuss the Gender Impact Assessment Toolkit.
The Gender Impact Assessment Toolkit is an interactive, guided and user friendly tool that allows users access gender-specific data and insights for informed budgeting, policy innovation, and to enact meaningful change for citizens.
We invite expressions of interest to join us on 21st November at 11am for this roundtable discussion with guest Dr Ian Oppermann, former Chief Data Scientist, NSW Government and Seer Data Director. With your valued contribution, we will explore the concept of applying a data-driven gender lens to complex issues and policy decisions, as well as the process and applicability of the toolkit to other cohorts.
The toolkit will be released soon by DPAC for policy makers across levels of government in Tasmania. The aim of this roundtable is to inform policy leaders on how the tool can help targeted decision-making in your field.
Speakers:
- Dr Ian Oppermann, former Chief Data Scientist, NSW Government
- Jaye Cavanagh, Senior Policy Analyst, Department of Premier and Cabinet, Tasmania
- Kristi Mansfield, Founder & CEO, Seer Data & Analytics
At this stage we invite expressions of interest only. Our team will contact you directly with further event details.
