This is a resource page for invitees only.

Thank you for registering for our roundtable discussion, hosted with Department of Premier and Cabinet Tasmania.

This page includes the recording from our session, the slides and a template Dashboard to demonstrate how a Cohort Lens may be applied to any cohort.

About this roundtable discussion:

The Gender Impact Assessment Toolkit is an interactive, guided and user friendly tool that allows users access gender-specific data and insights for informed budgeting, policy innovation, and to enact meaningful change for citizens.

With your valued contribution, we explored the concept of applying a data-driven gender lens to complex issues and policy decisions, as well as the process and applicability of the toolkit to other cohorts.

The toolkit will be released soon by DPAC for policy makers across levels of government in Tasmania. The aim of this roundtable was to inform policy leaders on how the tool can help targeted decision-making in your field.

Speakers:

  • Dr Ian Oppermann, former Chief Data Scientist, NSW Government
  • Jaye Cavanagh, Senior Policy Analyst, Department of Premier and Cabinet, Tasmania
  • Kristi Mansfield, Founder & CEO, Seer Data & Analytics
