Maranguka’s data sharing and collaboration is an enabler to ‘break the circuit’

Alistair Ferguson is leading Maranguka. Determined to ‘break the circuit’ of disadvantage and incarceration, he is now overseeing the Justice Reinvestment project.

Beyond The Bell

A key principle of Beyond the Bell is that “decision making will be evidence and data based”.

In February 2019, Beyond the Bell used Seer to update their data assets to identify changes in community needs since 2012 and to build the evidence for funding applications.

Growing Lachlan

In 2016 Growing Lachlan engaged consultants to produce a ‘Snapshot’ of priorities for the Lachlan Shire, which for the first time summarised data on how the community was fairing. This was done to plan for the needs of the community in a more efficient, coordinated and effective way.

The Hive Mt Druitt

The Hive is a network of people working in Mt Druitt facilitating local community change and influencing systems to ensure every child in Mt Druitt starts school well, and has enhanced life outcomes.

Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project

The Greater Shepparton Lighthouse Project was created in response to community concern about poor outcomes for young people. It was established in 2014 to help overcome social isolation, disadvantage and poor school engagement, supporting young people to realise their full potential and thrive.
